How do I return an item?

We really hope you’re happy with your Mrs Polly's Lucite purchases, but I understand that not everything can always go as planned so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you come across any problems with your order.

Please let us know within 6 days of receiving your parcel.
We do not give refunds for returned items if you change your mind, but we are happy to exchange items (except the earrings due hygienic reasons).
The item must be returned in a resalable condition, not damaged and still in its original packaging.
Return shipping charges are the full responsibility of the customer.
Faulty item

We try to ensure that your items are of the best quality, but if you have any problems, please contact us at and we can figure out the best thing for you to do.
We are happy to replace or refund defective items.
