Can I change or cancel my order?
I'm sorry but once the order is processing it's not possible to make any changes, but please let us know if you'd like to cancel the full order sending us an email at email@example.com.

Please let us know within 6 days of receiving your parcel.
Return shipping charges are the full responsibility of the customer.

We are happy to replace or refund defective items.
We do not offer refunds on shipping costs.
