When can I expect my order to arrive?

We usually ship within 1/4 working days from receiving your order.

International Shipping: usually takes about 10/20 business days but sometimes it can take longer, up to 30 days.

National Shipping (Italy): usually takes about 3/7 business days but sometimes it can take longer.

We offer standard (without tracking) and tracked (with tracking number) shipping.

If you want your item to be tracked, PLEASE choose TRACKING shipping at check out so you’ll able to see where your parcel is at every moment using the tracking number.

The return shipment cost will be borne by the customer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

I'm sorry but once the order is processing it's not possible to make any changes, but please let us know if you'd like to cancel the full order sending us an email at info@mrspollyslucite.com.

 

How do I return an item?

We really hope you’re happy with your Mrs Polly's Lucite purchases, but I understand that not everything can always go as planned so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you come across any problems with your order.
Contact us at info@mrspollyslucite.com with your order number and your query.
Please let us know within 6 days of receiving your parcel.

We do not give refunds for returned items if you change your mind, but we are happy to exchange items (except the earrings due hygienic reasons).

The item must be returned in a resalable condition, not damaged and still in its original packaging.
Return shipping charges are the full responsibility of the customer.
